RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: RETURNS & REFUNDS
In accordance with current legal provisions, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the products.
In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order but delivered separately, the withdrawal period of 30 days begins from the date of receipt of the last product.
Any customer wishing to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify Intimo di Ruvo by means of an explicit declaration, which may be sent by registered letter with return receipt to the following address, or via email to info@intimodiruvo.com:

The buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal directly through the dedicated section available within their personal account. Goods may be returned to any Intimo di Ruvo store or authorized collection point in Italy, as indicated on the website at the time of purchase.
Returned items must be intact, in their original packaging, complete in all parts, and accompanied by the relevant fiscal documentation.
Subject to verification of these conditions, Intimo Di Ruvo will refund the amount paid for the returned products within 14 days.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, whereas in the case of a product exchange, shipping of the replacement item is free of charge within Italy (one time only).
Intimo di Ruvo may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until the buyer has provided proof of having returned them. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products or services falling within the categories listed in Article 59 of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005. The right of withdrawal is excluded for customized or personalized products.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
If payment was made by bank transfer, the buyer must provide their IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC codes in order to receive the refund.
