Shipping & Delivery

Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days after payment has been received and are shipped via UPS with tracking and no-signature delivery.
The shipping cost is €5.99.

If you prefer delivery with signature required, you can select “UPS – Signature on Delivery” at checkout.
An additional fee will apply for this service.

For all shipping options, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your order online.

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postal costs, which vary depending on the total weight of your shipment.

We recommend grouping your items into a single order whenever possible.
Please note that we cannot combine separate orders placed at different times—each order will be subject to its own shipping fee.

For small orders, we use padded postal envelopes suitable for clothing.
For larger orders, we use durable boxes with ample space and protective packaging to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.
Additional precautions are taken when shipping fragile items.
